Project quality management describes all measures in the project management that ensure particular quality standards of the product or service use and correspond to the project objectives. This management controls the politic of quality, objects and responsibilities to fulfill the project with the original requirements to the final product.
The quality management has such components as quality planning, quality handling, quality control or quality security, and quality improvement. This management focuses not only on the product quality but also attempts to maintain it. The quality security and control is therefore used to achieve the defined quality level. The quality planning focuses on the defined quality goals, the necessary execution process and the required resources. The quality handling is directed to the fulfillment of the quality requirements. The quality improvement means the increased effectiveness of all measures that are required for the quality securing.
