An important factor in scheduling

In project management, duration describes the time frame between the start of a project to the completion of it. In short, the duration of a project is the time it takes the project team to finish all tasks. The project manager needs to set the duration for each step in the project schedule and the sum of all these durations constitutes the duration for the whole project. Sometimes unforeseen events happen that can lengthen the duration of the project, this in turn can affect the project triangle
