Munich, December 16th 2010 – As of now, the software producer InLoox offers its customers in the USA and Canada a free hotline.
By calling (800) 50 60 947, InLoox customers and prospective customers from the US and Canada get free advice, service and support regarding all InLoox products.
Besides services concerning the project management software InLoox which is completely integrated in Microsoft Outlook, customers can also receive information about the new mobile web client InLoox Web App that connects teams for mobile project work via the Internet. Thereby, the software producer with headquarters in Munich increases its consulting capability in the US, the company’s most important market outside the European Union.
“With this free hotline we create a contact point for InLoox customers and prospective customers in another time zone”, affirms Graham Merry, who is in charge of the InLoox sales in the English-speaking countries. The hotline is attended to by the InLoox branch in San Francisco, the contact person is Mirko Wutzler. All hotline services are available on weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm PST.
