Munich, November 22, 2022 – The software developer InLoox has launched its project management solution in a new version with modernized architecture to provide companies with an innovative project platform. The goal of InLoox 11 is to enable all users in a hybrid and more dynamic work environment to benefit from a powerful, flexible and arbitrarily scalable solution to react faster in response to changes. In order for customers to benefit from higher performance, robustness and speed, InLoox has invested in a new architecture. The project platform InLoox 11 addresses project staff, executives and decision makers in companies alike by offering all apps for every user and suitable features for every project role. New features of InLoox 11 include divisional permissions, a Windows app, powerful dashboards and reports, more convenient data entry and simplified access to projects, so that every user can now use all InLoox apps. As before, companies can either use InLoox 11 as a cloud solution or operate it with a server on their own hardware: "InLoox On-Prem" is the new name of "InLoox PM", the cloud solution - formerly known as InLoox now! - is available as InLoox Professional and InLoox Enterprise Edition.

All apps for each user - access possible with Outlook or directly
In addition to InLoox for Outlook and the InLoox Web App, all users can use the new app InLoox for Windows. This app offers functions on Windows computers without Outlook or parallel to Outlook operation. With InLoox for Windows, InLoox can be accessed directly. This is ideal for all those who work intensively with the project management software and would like to have large amounts of data and project plans accessible at all times.
As another new feature, the InLoox Web App now displays project changes in real time. This enables and facilitates teams to work on collaborative projects simultaneously and allows to bring globally distributed teams to a consistent state.
Three editions - prices and availability
InLoox 11 is available in three editions since October 31, 2022: the two cloud-based solutions Professional Edition for fast-growing teams and InLoox Enterprise Edition for entire companies and furthermore InLoox as On-Prem Edition. Compared to the Professional Edition, the Enterprise Edition includes additional features such as dashboards, divisions and division permissions, custom fields, and an increased API rate limit. For the first time, all three editions are available on a subscription-only basis compared to previous offerings, with licensing costs charged per user only. The prices, each per user per month and in the annual subscription, are 24.95 Euro for the Professional Edition, 44.95 Euro for the InLoox Enterprise Edition and 39.95 Euro for InLoox as On-Prem Edition.
Discounts for students, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations
In addition, there will continue to be a free InLoox Edition for students as part of the ProjektCampus and one for educational institutions as part of the InLoox Academic Initiative. Moreover, non-profit organizations that are registered with "Stifter Helfen" can use InLoox Enterprise from October 31, 2022 for a processing fee as part of the partnership with "Stifter Helfen".
