Partnership combines consulting expertise, project management capabilities and technology to drive innovation

Munich, August 12, 2026 - InLoox and management consultancy [bu] have announced a strategic partnership. The collaboration aims to help companies professionalize their project management practices and transform their Project Management Offices (PMOs) into modern governance and transformation units. The partnership combines [bu:st]’s extensive consulting expertise in project management, process management and organizational development with InLoox’s powerful project and portfolio management platform.

Companies today are managing a growing number of projects and transformation initiatives. At the same time, coordination, status updates and reporting consume valuable resources. The partnership between InLoox and [bu:st] helps companies reduce this administrative burden, embed effective project management practices across their organizations and free up capacity for innovation and strategic value creation.

"Project management should never become an end in itself. Far too many companies spend valuable time updating project statuses, preparing reports manually and handling administrative coordination instead of harnessing their employees’ expertise to drive innovation,” says Dr. Andreas Tremel, co-founder and Managing Director of InLoox GmbH. "Our platform automates and simplifies precisely these tasks. Together with [bu:st], we are creating the organizational framework that enables project teams to spend less time on administration and more time shaping the future.”

For many years, [bu:st] has helped companies establish and enhance project management structures, PMOs and transformation programs. InLoox complements this approach with a platform that enables projects, resources and portfolios to be planned, managed and analyzed centrally. Automated reporting, integrated resource planning and seamless integration with Microsoft 365 reduce administrative workload while providing full visibility into projects and strategic initiatives at all times.

"Many companies already have highly committed project teams and experienced project managers. What they often lack are the structures needed to embed effective project and portfolio management across the organization,” says Martin Zöltsch, Executive Manager at [bu:st] group GmbH. "Together with InLoox, we build these structures digitally from the outset. The platform’s deep integration with Microsoft 365 complements established ways of working and encourages strong user adoption. This allows new processes to be introduced more quickly and embedded sustainably throughout the organization.”

Together, InLoox and [bu:st] support companies across the entire project management lifecycle—from analyzing existing PMO and governance structures and introducing suitable processes to implementing the technology. The result is a project organization that accelerates decision-making, enables effective transformation and creates more room for innovation.
