SaaS Procurement: Companies Can Now Purchase InLoox via Existing Microsoft Azure Agreements

Munich, May 11, 2026 -  Munich-based software vendor InLoox now offers its cloud editions through the Microsoft Azure Marketplace. Companies can purchase the project and portfolio management platform directly via their existing Microsoft Azure account and benefit from centralized billing.

By making its solutions available through the Azure Marketplace, InLoox simplifies the procurement and management of project and portfolio management software, particularly for mid-sized and large enterprises operating within existing Microsoft environments. Billing is handled directly through the respective Microsoft Azure account, and charges only apply once the InLoox account has been activated.

Many organizations today aim to consolidate their cloud services through centralized platforms and existing contractual agreements. With availability on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, customers benefit from streamlined purchasing and approval processes, transparent cost management, and the ability to leverage existing Azure budgets or commitments.

"Companies today expect software procurement processes to be as simple, integrated, and transparent as possible," says Dr. Andreas Tremel, Co-Founder and CEO of InLoox. "By offering our cloud editions through the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, we enable customers to seamlessly integrate InLoox into their existing Microsoft strategy and cloud governance."

Existing InLoox Cloud accounts can also be migrated to billing via a Microsoft Azure account.

InLoox integrates fully with Microsoft 365 and Outlook, helping organizations centrally plan and manage projects, resources, time tracking, budgets, and portfolios. The platform is used worldwide by more than 600 companies and organizations across a wide range of industries for professional multi-project management.
