In project management it is particularly important to complete projects on time. Client specifications, deadlines for further processing and deadlines for submission are just a few of many factors that can determine project end dates. For those time-critical projects, InLoox for Outlook offers the “Fixed Deadline” feature.
You can easily activate the feature in the management view of each project. This means you can individually decide for each project whether you want to use it or not. If the feature is activated, all activities outside of the pre-defined planning period are highlighted in a red shaded field. In this way, time-critical project changes catch your eye directly and you can immediately initiate corrective measures.
