Navigation in the resource overview calendar

Adjust the calendar time horizon according to your needs and increase or decrease the displayed time span.
To do this, choose between the following views:

• Hour
• Day
• Week
• Month

You can use the arrows to navigate in the calendar to the future or the past. You can also click the mouse in the date area of the calendar and drag it to the left or right.

In the calendar view you can always show today's day, whether you are the on month, day, week or hour view. In the calendar, today is marked with a green flag TODAY.

You can show or hide everyone's tasks by using the Hide All Tasks or Show All Tasks icons.
