Important information:
Microsoft Outlook security update prevents access to InLoox in Outlook

Update October 13, 2017: Bug-fix: New InLoox 9.0.13 is available for download

Microsoft published documentation on the latest security update for Outlook from October 10, 2017 last night. This helped us to develop a patch-version for InLoox PM 9 and InLoox now! and make it available for you to download as quickly as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: This patch-update is for the InLoox for Outlook-Client only. There is no new version of the InLoox Workgroup or InLoox Enterprise Server. It is not necessary to download the server file. The security update for Microsoft Outlook can be reinstalled via Microsoft Update.

Please, download the new InLoox for Outlook-client, build 9.0.13: Go to download page for build 9.0.13

If you use Microsoft Office 365 or the click-to-run installer, please, use this file to switch to the current channel: File to switch to current channel

The latest security update by Microsoft for Outlook from October 10, 2017 causes a bug in InLoox for Outlook which prevents you from accessing any InLoox views in Outlook.

To ensure you are still able to work with InLoox for Outlook, please, uninstall this security update for Microsoft Outlook.
