What can I test during the free InLoox trial period?

You can test InLoox Enterprise with the full range of features for 30 days for free. There are no functional restrictions, you will be able to explore all aspects of InLoox during the trial period.
On request, you can also test InLoox OnPrem. Please contact us directly for this purpose.

Can I do the InLoox trial with a team?

Yes, 5 people can evaluate InLoox as a team during the trial period. If you want to test with a large team or multiple departments, please contact us directly.

Do I need a free InLoox product demo to get the free trial?

No, you don't have to. Nevertheless, we recommend a product demo so that you can come to a decision faster. Your personal contact person will show you all areas of InLoox in the demo and answer your individual questions.
You can also take the monthly product tour. You will get to know InLoox in 20 minutes and can ask questions at the end.

What happens after the InLoox trial period ends?

Your free trial ends automatically after 30 days. You don't have to do anything else.
If you decide to purchase InLoox and continue using it after the trial period, you can continue working with your account. All project data will remain in your account for all people who had a user login to your account during the trial period. You can continue working without interruption.

What is the difference between InLoox Professional and InLoox Enterprise?

InLoox Enterprise has a larger feature set: Dashboards, Departments & Department Permissions, Custom Fields, Customizable Notification Headers and Increased API Rate Limit. The feature set of InLoox Enterprise is designed to meet the needs of enterprises.
InLoox Enterprise gives each user 100GB of storage, InLoox Professional gives each user 50GB of storage.

What is the difference between Cloud-Editions and InLoox On-Prem?

InLoox On-Prem is the on-premise solution. Data hosting is provided by the customer with their own servers. The Cloud-Editions InLoox Professional and InLoox Enterprise are not hosted by the customer.
InLoox On-Prem is only available as an annual subscription. The Cloud-Editions InLoox Professional and InLoox Enterprise are available as annual and monthly subscriptions.
InLoox On-Prem has all the features of InLoox Enterprise and additionally: Unlimited API Rate Time, storage option on file servers and SQL access.

How much does InLoox cost?

InLoox Professional and InLoox Enterprise are available as annual and monthly subscriptions. InLoox Professional costs from 24,95€ per user/month per year and is also available as a monthly subscription. For a quotation for InLoox Enterprise or a quotation for InLoox On-Prem, please reach out to our sales team.

How long does it take to implement InLoox?

After you have created an InLoox account and have familiarized yourself with the functionalities in InLoox, it takes about 4-6 months until all InLoox users have integrated the workflows and processes into their daily work.
One tip we can give you: the faster you use InLoox intensively, the faster you will expand your project data and get reliable benchmarks for your project management and controlling. Our trainings can support you with that.

How do I get support for InLoox?

Our support team will be happy to help you with any technical questions you may have. The fastest way is to send a ticket to InLoox Support.
If you have questions about your subscription, then contact your InLoox contact person.

Is there a help section for InLoox?

Yes. In the online help, you will find step-by-step instructions on the InLoox functions and workflows.

Do I need to have training to use InLoox?

No, InLoox is very intuitive and can be used immediately.
Nevertheless, training is useful so that you also get to know those functions and workflows that you would only find on your own after months of use without training. With training, you and your team will be able to use the full range of features faster.

Is InLoox customizable?

InLoox is a standard solution, which is why the user interface, for example, cannot be customized. Customization options in InLoox are:

  • Define your own custom fields
  • Define statuses and categories
  • Define conditional formatting

If you need special customized features for your workflows, please contact us and we will create a concept together with you.

Can InLoox be integrated in other software solutions?

InLoox is integrated with the following Microsoft applications:

  • Microsoft Outlook®

In addition, there are InLoox connectors for the following Microsoft applications:

  • Microsoft PowerBI®
  • Microsoft PowerAutomate®

Does InLoox have interfaces to other software solutions?

If you use the InLoox Enterprise or InLoox OnPrem editions, you can develop interfaces for data exchange between InLoox and e.g. SAP or ERP, CRM systems via the InLoox API or the SQL database.
We are happy to work with you to create a concept for the implementation.

How often is InLoox updated and how do I get this info?

InLoox is continuously improved and updated. New features are implemented about every 4-6 weeks. On the What's New page we provide information about minor and major releases. Our customers and newsletter subscribers receive the information about minor and major releases in their inbox.

What happens when InLoox releases a major version?

First, we'll celebrate with a big announcement. Then you will receive a newsletter with all the details about the new major version. At the same time, InLoox will inform you that there is a new update. Once you have made this update, you will be able to use the new features and workflows.
