Question:

How can I install InLoox under a terminal server (e.g. Windows Terminal Server, CITRIX)?

Answer:

IMPORTANT Editing permissions on the Windows registry are required.

Registry Keys
Please download this .Zip-file with the registry keys. This also contains a ReadMe-File with the instructions below.

IMPORTANT The registry keys differ between InLoox version 10 and version 11. For more information please contact your InLoox sales partner.

Instructions:

Deactivate on machine:

  1. Log on with an account with administrative permissions.
  2. Run the file Disable Addin on Machine (HKLM).reg from the archive.
  3. Accept with Yes.
  4. Restart Outlook if necessary.

Activation for a user:

  1. Log on as user who should see the toolbar.
  2. Run the file Enable Addin on User Profile (HKCU).reg from the archive.
  3. Accept with Yes.
  4. Restart Outlook if necessary.

Activation on the machine (optional):

  1. Log on with an account with administrative permissions.
  2. Run the file Enable Addin on Machine (HKLM).reg from the archive.
  3. Accept with Yes.
  4. Restart Outlook if necessary.

Deactivation for a user (optional):

  1. Log on as user who should not set the toolbar.
  2. Run the file Disable Addin on User Profile (HKCU).reg from the archive.
  3. Accept with Yes.
  4. Restart Outlook if necessary.
