Question:

I have just purchased InLoox PM for Outlook. How can I enter the license key that I received?

Answer:

Please follow these steps in Microsoft Outlook 2010 and 2013:

  1. In Outlook, click on the File tab in the upper left corner and then on the InLoox PM options.
  2. In the options dialogue, please click on License Key and enter the license key that you received. Then click Add.

  3. Please delete old or invalid license keys in the table below.

IMPORTANT To avoid a licensing error when transferring your test version to a permanent version of InLoox PM, please go to User Licenses in the InLoox PM options and delete all the existing user licenses. Please make sure that the Automatic user license assignment check box is activated. Now, click OK and then restart Microsoft Outlook. Your new licenses will then be assigned automatically.
