You can share individual workload views with users in your InLoox account. Only users with read or editing permissions for the workload are able to see them.
After you have created a workload view with ressources, teams or divisions, click on the three dots next to the view's name and click on Share view.
Other users in your account are now able to see this view in their workload overview.
Shared views are locked for editing. They can only be edited by the person who shared them. If you hover over the shared view's name, the name of the person who shared it is displayed. Equally, only the person who made a view public can make it private again. Simply click on the three dots next to the shared view's name and click on Make view private.
