If you are new to working with InLoox Web App, this section is empty except for your own contact and, if applicable, the person who invited you to InLoox Web App.
If you have connected your InLoox account to Microsoft 365, you can enable synchronization with your M365 Directory contacts under InLoox Account Settings → Integrations → Microsoft 365 Integration. These contacts will then be available in InLoox as contacts in People. These contacts are not automatically InLoox users. If you want to assign them an InLoox user, click on the contact entry and then click on Invite. For more information, read the help article Invite people to InLoox Web App.
By default, you can only edit your own contact entry in People, but you can view all entries. We recommend assigning the global user permission Edit People to a limited group of users only, so that changes can solely be made by designated individuals. Read the help article on InLoox Permissions for more information.
You can customize the People list by adding columns. Click the Columns icon to open the column menu and drag the desired columns into the list. You can also group the list of people. Click the Group button and choose whether you want to group by Company, Department, Location, Company > Department, or haveNo grouping (default). In the help article Functions in Advanced Mode, you will find more information about filtering and grouping in the People list view.
