General Information

  • If you are new to working with InLoox Web App, this section is empty except for your own contact and, if applicable, the person who invited you to InLoox Web App.
  • If you have connected your InLoox account to Microsoft 365, you can enable synchronization with your Outlook contacts under InLoox Account Settings → Integrations → Microsoft 365 Integration. These contacts will then be available in InLoox as contacts in People.  If you use InLoox Web App together with InLoox for Outlook on a shared database and your Outlook contacts have already been imported into InLoox for Outlook, those Outlook contacts will also be visible in InLoox Web App. These entries are not automatically InLoox users. If you want to assign them an InLoox User, click on the contact entry and then click on Invite. For more information, read the help article Invite people to InLoox Web App.
  • By default, you can only edit your own contact entry in People, but you can view all entries. We recommend assigning the global user permission Edit People to a limited group of users so that changes can only be made by designated individuals.

  • You can customize the People list by adding columns. Click the Columns icon to open the column menu and drag the desired columns into the list. For a complete overview of available columns in People, see the help article Overview of Columns in List Views. Read the help article Overview of Column in List Views for a detailed list of the columns in People.
