Customize InLoox UI

The InLoox UI is easily customizable for a clean interface adjusted to your personal needs. 

You can:

• Customize the main InLoox menu
• Customize the order of the project tabs
• Customize the detail panels of:
  • the project's manage page
  • the detailed side panels of tasks, documents, time entries, planning elements and financial items

How to customize the InLoox main menu

Using the three-dot menu, adjust the order of the individual menu items by either moving them up and down or hiding the ones, you do not use.

You can also switch to Layout Mode and then drag and drop the items to the desired positions.

If you want to group certain menu items, add a divider.

Click on Reset to Default Layout if you want to undo your changes to the InLoox menu.

How to customize the order of the project tabs

Open a project.

Then simply drag the tabs at the top around and place them, where it suits you.

How to customize the details panels

You can customize where the details in the tasks, documents, time entries, planning elements and financial items are positions and hide the ones that are irrelevant to you.

Either click on the gear icon e.g. next to Description and click on Move up, Move down or Hide.

Or switch to Layout Mode to drag and drop each detail to where you want it.
