How do we use the data?

We use the data

Do we get any information about your person or your projects?

No, this is at no time possible.

The transmitted data does not include any personal or project-related data, serial numbers or license keys.
All data is anonymized and transferred in encrypted form. IP addresses are also anonymized and are not traceable.

What kind of information is included in user statistics and error reports?

User statistics and error reports include information, e.g. about the devices, operation systems, browsers, and databases in use, as well as language settings and which InLoox version is used.
Moreover, user statistics include anonymized data about the interaction with the software, such as clicks on buttons, usage of software modules, as well as time of use and, if applicable, location (country of use).

Error reports include anonymized information about the program sequence (so called ‘stack traces’) as well as the user’s regional and language settings.

For how long is your data stored?

User statistics will be deleted after 90 days.
Error reports are stored permanently.

Can I opt out?

You can opt out anytime. To do this, please follow these steps:
Go to InLoox Options, open "Privacy Settings" and deactivate the option "Send error reports" and/or "Send user statistics". If both options are inactive, your administrator has disabled the automated sending of error reports and user statistics for the whole installation of InLoox.
