Project management in the insurance industry has matured a lot in the last few years and has already shown success: fewer project failures and performance improvements.

The legal industry is a very competitive market, so legal firms are under increasing pressure to cut costs, improve revenue, and to offer clients more value for their money. 

Manufacturers are no doubt familiar with project management. Many project management methodologies actually have their origin in manufacturing, such as Kanban, Lean or Six Sigma.
