InLoox PM Personal cannot access the database

Problem:

InLoox PM Personal cannot connect to the data base.

 

Reason:

The InLoox PM Personal data base “InLoox.sdf” is copied from another computer.
This message can appear under Windows 7 and is caused by the changed legal relationship. It can also appear under Windows XP.

Solution:

First of all close Outlook.

Do the following:

  1. Open Explorer and then navigate to the Installation directory :
    • The installation directory for InLoox PM 7 is "C:\Profram Files (x86)\InLoox\InLoox PM\".
  2. Right-click the InLoox.sdf data and then Settings.
  3. Choose the pane Security -> Edit ->Add.
  4. Enter username and click Check Names. Click OK.
  5. Choose a name from the list and then Full access. Click OK.
  6. Start your Outlook.
