User-defined fields are not visible

Problem:

After the update of InLoox to Version 5.5 or higher, the user-defined fields in the project list are not displayed anymore.

 

Solution:

Possible reasons are the views for the project list, which are stored in the registry.

Please follow these steps to reset the views:

  1. Open the drop down list Current View in the InLoox menu.
  2. Click in the drop down list on Manage views…
  3. Click on the button Reset Views in the dialog.
  4. Confirm the following notice dialog.

Now, the view is reset and the user-defined fields should appear in the project list again.
