InLoox buttons are missing

Problem:
 
The InLoox buttons are missing in the tool menu.
 
 
Solution:
 
You apparently do not have the necessary permissions to make any administrative changes to InLoox. Please contact your system administrator or check the permissions in the InLoox administrator account. 
 
If you are an administrator yourself and you do not have administrator permissions, please send an email to support@inloox.com or open a new ticket.
