Buttons in the InLoox Ribbon menu / Toolbar are deactivated

Microsoft Office Outlook 2010

Problem:
 
The buttons appear not to function in the InLoox PM Ribbon menu when you click on them.

 
Solution:
 
Outlook has deactivated the InLoox AddIn. Please follow these steps to re-activate InLoox PM:

  1. Open Outlook 2010.
  2. Click File in the Outlook menu.
  3. Click Options and then Add-Ins.
  4. In the Manage dropdown list choose Deactivated elements and click Go.
  5. Click InLoox in the Deactivated elements dialog box and then click Activate.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Restart Outlook.

     The Outlook start checks whether it was deactivated.

 

 

Microsoft Office Outlook 2007

Problem:
 
The buttons appear not to function in the InLoox Toolbar when you click on them.

 
Solution:
 
Outlook has deactivated the InLoox AddIn. Please follow these steps to re-activate InLoox:

  1. Click Extras in the Outlook menu and then click Trust Center in the Outlook menu.
  2. Click Add-Ins in the Trust Center dialog box.
  3. In the Manage dropdown list choose Deactivated elements and click Go.
  4. Click InLoox in the Deactivated elements dialog box and then click Activate.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Restart Outlook.

     The Outlook start checks whether it was deactivated.

 

 
Microsoft Office Outlook 2003

Problem:
 
The buttons appear not to function in the InLoox Toolbar when you click on them.

 
Solution:
 
Outlook has deactivated the InLoox AddIn. Please follow these steps to re-activate InLoox:

  1. Open Outlook 2003.
  2. Click the icon ? >> Info in the Outlook menu.
  3. Click Deactivated elements.
  4. Click the InLoox AddIn item, then Activate.
  5. Click Close and then OK.
  6. Test the InLoox functionality.

     The Outlook start checks whether it was deactivated.
