You can find the Documents section within a project, in the Documents tab.

If you click on a folder, any subfolders that have been created will open in the documents structure on the left and the documents contained in the currently open folder will open on the right.

Regarding the view of the individual files, you can choose between a list view and a tile view in the upper right corner.
