There are certain rare configurations that can cause an unpredictable behavior of the software. To cater for this we have developed a special message dialog box which permits a more accurate examination of the problem. If such an exception occurs in your installation, there are various ways to inform us about it. These options are described below.
The InLoox PM dialog box for exception handling is displayed:
Click the button Send report by email to send us the error via your email program. This mail does not contain any personalized information or database contents, except your sender email address. This allows our technical staff to contact you directly and to solve the exception in direct collaboration with you.
