Deinstallation under Vista gets stuck

Problem:

InLoox cannot be uninstalled correctly under Windows Vista.

This problem ocurrs infrequently.

Solution:

The problem ocurrs due to a problem in Windows Vista and InstallAware.

If InLoox cannot be uninstalled correctly under Windows, the uninstalling has to be accomplished manually. For more information on this issue, please have a look at this manual:
