InLoox project list is not visible

The InLoox project list is not displayed when changing to the InLoox folder. The folder remains empty.



The group policy of the Domain disables the file homepage setting. Please follow these steps to solve the problem:

  1. Open the group policy editor at your domain controller.
  2. Check the setting for the following value:
      User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Microsoft Office Outlook 2007\Folder Home Pages for Outlook Special Folders\Settings for Disable Folder Home Pages
  3. If set, please deactivate this setting.
  4. Refresh the group policies at the InLoox client with the "gpupdate /force" command.
  5. If necessary, restart the InLoox client computer.
