How to edit the notification type in InLoox PM 7

You can notify resources via e-mail, task request or meeting request. There are templates for the different types of planning elements and events which you can customize.

Please proceed as follows to customize a notification template:

  1. Open the InLoox PM options.
     For more information on how to open the InLoox PM options, please see Open the InLoox PM options.
  2. Click Planning, Notifications, Templates.
  3. On the right sight, you see the Notification list.
  4. Select a template type from the list and click the Design button to get to the InLoox PM Notification Designer.
  5. Now, you can modify the selected notification template.

Activity - modified

InLoox PM generates this message, if an activity is changed in the New Activity / Edit Activtiy dialog box or directly or indirectly in the project plan.

Activity - resource added

InLoox PM generates this message, if a resource is added to an activity using the New Activity / Edit Activtiy dialog box.

Activity - resource removed

InLoox PM generates this message, if a resource is removed from an activity using the New Activity / Edit Activtiy dialog box.

Activity - deleted

InLoox PM generates this message, if an activity is deleted from the project plan, on the Planning page.

Milestone - modified

InLoox PM generates this message, if a milestone is changed using the New Milestone / Edit Milestone dialog box or directly or indirectly within the project plan.

Milestone - resource added

InLoox PM generates this message, if a resource is added to a milestone using the New Milestone / Edit Milestone dialog box
