Followers for planning elements

Followers can be added to activities and summary activities.

When a person is added as a follower, they will receive an email notification when changes occur, e.g. the activities' start or end dates change. You can change your personal notification settings in the InLoox Settings >> Personal >> Notifications. You may also deactivate the notifications for certain InLoox areas in the notification settings under InLoox Settings >> Personal >> Which Notifications Should We Send You?

1. Open a project und go to the Planning.
2. There, open the activity or summary activity you would either like to follow yourself or would like to add another person as a follower to.
3. In the side panel, scroll to the bottom where you find the field Followers. Either click on the Follow button, to add yourself as a follower. Or type in the name of the person(s) you want to add as followers and once found in the list, select the name and click enter.
4. If you want to remove a follower, simply click on the x next to their name.
