Multi-Editing of InLoox Elements

You can multi-edit the following InLoox elements:

• Tasks
• Projects
• Time entries
• Planning elements

How to edit multiple InLoox items:

1. Press CTRL and click on the elements you want to edit.
2. For these selected items, choose the action from the menu.

In the task list, you can edit the following:

• Delete
• Mark as Complete
• Assign a resource
• Set a due date
• Edit the custom fields

In the project list, you can edit the following:

• Archive projects
• Change the project status
• Edit the custom fields

In the time entries list, you can edit the following:

• Assign a resource
• Change the group
• Make it billable or not billable
• Edit the custom fields

In the Gantt planning, you can edit the following:

• Delete
• Mark as Complete
• Assign/change a color
• Assign a resource
• Indent/outdent a level
• Add dependencies between activities
• Remove dependencies between activities
• Remove constraints
