Structured project status feedback
InLoox provides a straightforward and clearly structured task overview for project managers and team members. This view updates itself automatically whenever changes are made to the project planning. InLoox tasks are work packages contained in a phase, milestone or outline and assigned to a staff resource. Color codes show whether a task is overdue. Dates, assigned responsibilites and targets for the individual work steps of all projects can be clearly seen by all persons involved in the project and require no additional effort, since the view is generated automatically from the project plan.
Members of staff are able to post costs and hours worked without fuss. The system assigns the effort to the project plan automatically and stores a separate cost record. Recording actual hours was never easier. |

The feedback of task status is also a very simple operation. Completed tasks are blanked out of the list, as the feedback in the project plan is automatically.
