Firmly embedded in Outlook and Exchange, InLoox is a realtime project information communications center which is available to all authorized users. InLoox further enhances the already available features of Outlook.

Grouping, sorting and filtering across all data fields and all projects in Outlook. Sorting is by mouseclick as usual - by assigned responsibility, project size, follow-ups, yields, open offers, invoices etc. |

Text search across all data fields and all projects in Outlook to extract information on each project. The standard Outlook search facility allows data to be found in a hurry, for example during a telephone call or in advance of a meeting or in the course of a look-up. |

User-defined and standard views allow projects to be displayed and formatted with the same flags as in Outlook®. Examples:
