InLoox is able to record automatically the IDs of authors contributing to a project, guaranteeing the transparency of all entries such as notes, activities, budget items and documents. Existing projects can be templated to allow the automation of recurrent activities. Any single project can be locked for archiving. Data resources are backed up using standard tools, e.g. MS Backup, streaming or CD-ROM or DVD archiving).
Authorized users are able to protect a specific project from changes. This is necessary, for example, after the project has been completed or when there is a budget stop for current projects. |
Inputs to a project are documented, whereby user name, date and time are recorded. This is also the case with individual entries within a project, e.g. an activity or a customized document. |
Archiving can be carried out on hard disk, streamer, CD-ROM or other medium. The Workgroup edition of InLoox allows data to be backed up and restored with standard SQL backup tools. |
