InLoox permits data storage both locally (on the hard disk of the PC) and on networked facilities or Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server® Sites. One double click will open the required file in the relevant program. |
Internet addresses or Microsoft Windows SharePoint document libraries can be also be kept on file. InLoox also permits multiline commentaries and other information. |
The freely definable status allows simple work processes, releases and progress information at document level (e.g. "released“ or "outstanding"). |
The existing security and backup facilities of Microsoft Windows are supported. Project files are simply referenced. Thus existing access permissions can also be inherited (e.g. by storage location, mailbox or login) and need not be maintained more than once. |
