Adaptable forms and processes
The manufacturer and partners can extend InLoox for you. Besides, there are different possibilities for the adaption by administrator to the company's internal reqiurements. You can insert additional data fields, transalting the screen layouts and tailoring field names according to the company's style guide. The manufacturer is also able to develop individual customer-oriented functionality which can then be incorporated into the standard version to protect your long-term investments.
Colors, arrangement and naming of buttons can all be modified. The user interface can be modified with the InLoox language editor. Additional languages can be defined. Included with the standard product are German, English, French, Spanish and Italian versions. |

Workflows are illustrated by means of easy-to-manage views. The view "last seven days", for example, will show project activities over the previous week. Users can customize their own new views and make them available to their colleagues as desired. |

Fields may be added to any form without the need for special programming skills. The data model can be extended, for example, by the fields Risk factor (shown here) or Probability or with the user's own codes. |

Administrators are able to adapt InLoox reports. The report generator permits comprehensive analyses and complex calculations such as overtime billing and capital requirements determination. Report templates are adapted by a sophisticated report designer. |

Analyses can be generated in Microsoft Excel or an OLAP application. InLoox permits the linking in of database resources and extraction of data via Microsoft Office or reporting facilities such as Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services. |

The database schema of InLoox is fully documented and the interfaces transparent. Data export to or import from external systems is easy to arrange. InLoox is simple to integrate into a customer's existing system environment. |
