The synchronization of standard items such as mails, tasks and calendar entries to PDAs is supported in time-honoured manner. InLoox projects as such cannot be transferred at present, although task and calendar elements generated with InLoox can be transferred both to and from all Outlook-compatible PDAs.

     


Outlook project tasks, meeting requests and emails, assigned to the user via InLoox, are available in the PDA in both read and write mode. The PDA is synchronized with the Outlook tasks in the usual manner. A separate update is not necessary.

 

 

     


Calendar entries such as milestones, phases and followups generated by InLoox are also available in the PDA in both read and write mode. Planning elements and to do lists can be looked up without the desktop PC or laptop.

 

 

     


Planned: Project lists and activity and time recording The PDA and handheld functionality of InLoox is to be enhanced. Time recording on the PDA and the option of accessing InLoox project lists via Windows Mobile or Windows CE are in the pipeline.
